Master Servicing
Known as Master Servicing in the Latin American market, CXC's full-service suite delivers all the necessary agency services for investors in private credit transactions. We provide tailored solutions to meet any borrower requirements, such as borrowing bases, performance covenants, and collateral pledges, ensuring added certainty to credit facilities.
Calculation Agent
As a Calculation Agent, we manage the borrowing base calculations, track covenants, and produce regular performance reports on collateral. Our role also includes accurately calculating the payment waterfall within financing deals, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
Audits
We conduct rigorous due diligence and ongoing audits, including electronic and on-site reviews of physical documentation, to reduce the risk of fraud. These comprehensive audits verify that all necessary information is available to collect on the collateral if needed, reinforcing investor confidence.
RUG Agent
We are fully integrated with the Registro Único de Garantías (RUG) of the Secretaría de Economía in Mexico, enabling us to legally perfect the transfer of rights from the originator to the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created for private credit.
Verification Agent
Our role as a Verification Agent involves diligent validation of assets to ensure they comply with eligibility and concentration criteria established for the financing deal. We ensure the accuracy and integrity of pledged assets, providing confidence to investors.
Backup Servicing
CXC maintains robust backup servicing capabilities to ensure continuity. In the event of disruptions with the originator, we have the processes and resources in place to seamlessly substitute the originator, preserving cash flows and operational stability for investors.
